Plan. Peter Maina Kaberere is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Peville Planners Limited. He is a Registered and Practicing Physical Planner, a registered NEMA EIA/EA Associate Expert, and a corporate member of the Kenya Institute of Planners and the Architectural Association of Kenya.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning and is pursuing a Master of Climate Change Adaptation at the University of Nairobi. Peter provides overall strategic and technical leadership to the firm, with experience spanning physical and land use planning, environmental planning, development approvals, master planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management across Kenya.

Plan. Gitonga Kelvin Ritho is a Principal Consultant in Planning and Environmental Services at Peville Planners Limited. He is a Registered and Practicing Physical Planner, Lead Environmental Expert, Certified Arbitrator, and corporate member of the Kenya Institute of Planners and the Environment Institute of Kenya.
Kelvin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, a Master’s degree in Environmental Law, and is pursuing a PhD in Environmental Law at the University of Nairobi.
He brings extensive experience in spatial planning, environmental governance, planning policy, legal compliance, institutional capacity building, and sustainable urban development.
